non-cummulative key figure related question

Dear Experts,

I am new to both here and SAP BI and I'd like to ask for your help.

I have the following requirement:

     - we have to report the stock data of some materials on plant level - daily

     - the stocks of each material in each plant can be maintained retrospectively for five days

       for example:

        a, the stock for material A in plant X for day 2015.01.01. is 10, this is the initial stock

        b, on 2015.01.02 the stock value for material A in plant X and for day 2015.01.01 is

        changed to 9

        c, on 2015.01.03 the stock value for material A in plant X and for day 2015.01.01 is

        changed to 13

     - let's say that today is 2015.01.04.  and the requirement is to show both the most up-to-date data

       for day 2015.01.01. which is 13, and also show the changes in data, so 10, 9 and 10 too.

How would you model(DSOs, Infocubes, whatever) that? What kind of key figures(*** vs non-***) should I use?

Any ideas are welcome and appreciated!
